Arong
is a family run high class open plan kitchen providing
Halal Bangladeshi / Indian cuisine, where you can view
your favourite meals being cooked. It was opened in
1995 by Mr Chowdhury (known as Yousuf) who has gained
considerable experience in preparing south Asian cuisine
during the past 16 years. Arong has established itself
as a highly reputable and well known south Asian (Bengali
/ Indian) caterer in the local community and in the
catering industry. Arong specialises in Curry, Kebab,
Tandoori and Balti dishes.
Every
region in south Asia has its own style and we at Arong
have tried to encompass the best of these in our menu.
Each dish that we prepare has its own distinctive flavour
and aroma which can not be obtained from a basic curry
powder. All dishes are individually cooked to your own
preference with fresh ingredients, using spices and
herbs which have known medically proven health values.
Arong
provides a first class Home Delivery service. Our delivery
zone is within a six mile radius from our establishment.
As all the meals are freshly cooked, it is necessary
to allow 20 to 30 minutes before you collect your meal
or 60 to 90 minutes for a home delivery service.
During
your visit to Arong you can relax in pleasant surroundings
and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in our large lounge while
browsing the full menu. Our experienced staff are always
on hand to provide assistance. All our staff are well
experienced in food handling and maintain a high standard
in Health and Hygiene.
We cater
for large parties and special occasions offering generous
discounts on the standard menu price. We also specialise
in outside catering within a twenty mile zone. For further

ready made meals to pubs, shops and offices within a
thirty mile radius.
