Head Chef, Tandoori Chef
& Cook
Job Description:
To work in a well established
hot food take-away in a highly populated area to prepare
Bangladeshi and Indian meals of the highest standard,
with the capacity off cooking at least one hundred meals
per evening. To maintain the high standard of hygiene,
safety and cleanliness. To deal with the daily stock
checks.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
preferably having to work in a well known Hotel, restaurant
or takeaway as a cook, first chef or second chef. Two
employment references by your present and previous employer
and two character references by someone you are known
to for at least three years. This can be obtained by
your GP, Solicitors, local councils Chairman, member
or Mosque Imam. Must be able to introduce new ideas
and cooking method and also be preferred to work at
least five evenings per week including the weekends.
Salary:
Salary negotiable. Required to
work 35 to 40 hour per week.
Start Date: As
soon as possible.
